Study reveals that carbonated beverages, like sparkling water, soft drink, champagne etc dissolve out soluble constituents of calcium by percolation from your body. This causes bone damages.Try to reduce protein intake from your diet. Excessive protein consumption can cause acidity & your body loses calcium through urination. People usually consume several antacids for acid blocking, but stomach acids are important in sucking up the minerals like- magnesium, calcium etc. Otherwise it will enhance the risk of osteoporosis. Caffeine intake is an activity that encourages osteoporosis. Try to reduce caffeine intake from your daily diet. The best forms of calcium to consume are calcium hydroxyapatite & calcium citrate. For menopausal women 1000-1200 mg per day is good enough.Reduction in the level of hormones after menopause stage for women or the andropause for male can be the reason of weak bones. • Wash the area properly (also dry it) & apply vegetable oil on the affected areas. Let the oil get absorbed in the area.
• You can rub the pulp of ripe banana for about 10-15 minutes leave it to dry. After that clean the area, you will definitely find the desired result within a few days.
• Soak the area in lemon juice for about 15-20 minutes every day and clean the area after that.
• Daily cleaning & moisturizing can give you some effective results. You can mix together lemon juice & Vaseline & apply it on the affected area.
• Prepare a mixture of glycerine & rosewater/plain water & apply the mixture on a daily basis. You can even use raw glycerine on cracked heels.
• Liquefy paraffin wax & combine it with mustard oil. Rub on the affected areas & rinse in the morning.
